#Kontermag is a city-guide magazine which focus on the Ruhr region in Germany. In addition to the well-known landmarks of the region, the city-guide is aimed at showing travelers interesting places and local scenes… I made the cover illustration for the city-guide. The main character of the illustration is a miner, because miner present a strong historical image of this area. He is built up with different landmarks, cultural scenes and places in the Ruhr region.
